Terms and Conditions (applicable to all hires)

We (the above) hire our products Jukeboxes, or Jukeboxes with accessories (such as extra speakers, audio mixer, iPod dock, disco lights) to our clients for an agreed period of time at an agreed price. We will deliver the equipment to the place (or venue) of the hire, and we collect it at the end of the hire period. This is the total scope of our service.

We provide all equipment in good faith, and devices hired from www.jukebox-hire.co.uk will be setup, checked and tested properly upon delivery, before been handed over to the client for the agreed hire period.

Our products are well maintained between hires and serviced regularly. The technology is designed for commercial use, however, like any electronic device our equipment cannot be guaranteed to be 100% fail-safe and may yield to a fault (or fault condition) outside of our control during the hire period. The risk of a fault condition occurring is extremely low. However, given our equipment is left unattended we may not be able to resolve a problem during the hire period.

Therefore, in the unlikely event of a failure of operation of any equipment hired from www.jukebox-hire.co.uk, howsoever caused, our responsibility shall be limited to a maximum of the previously agreed cost of the hire only.

Clients must respect the equipment and are responsible for all items hired during the hire period, and may be charged for any losses, breakages or damages to our equipment caused during the hire period.
