The Booking Procedure

Communication:
You should initially make contact with us by using our on-line Request Quotation form, or telephone (07860 516 973). We will then respond to answer your enquiries and provide your quotation within three days.

Confirmation of Your Booking:
Following your emailed quotation, simply let us know if you wish to book and we will write to you with your booking confirmation. Our confirmation letter to you shall be sent by post rather than by e-mail, for better security.

Payment Terms:
Individual payment terms will be outlined during the booking process in your letter. Your invoice will show you the acceptable payment methods, which are by cheque, cash or on-line bank transfer.

Insurances, PAT Testing and Responsibilities:
Most venues require suppliers like ourselves to carry Public Liability Insurance (PLI). We do have such a policy to the value of £5m and that covers us and our equipment when used on other people’s property. Our Wurlitzer Jukebox is also insured against all other risks (theft, fire, flood damage etc) should anything occur at a venue during a hire. However, it is also the responsibility of the hirer to take all reasonable care of our equipment hired during the hire period. For example, once delivered, nobody should remove a Jukebox from the room or venue. Our equipment, including mains leads and extensions, is fully PAT tested for safety purposes and the renewal dates are recorded in a database.

To be honest we are not into small print and legalities but, if requested, we are happy to show venues our PLI and PAT certificates.
